The BMC-1000(5), based on the well proven BMC800/1000 Series, is a simultaneous 5-axis twin-pallet horizontal machining centre. The robust 1M square trunnion-type tilting table unit is supported in its rotation by hydraulic cylinders to compensate for heavy loads, allowing parts up to 2.5 tonnes to be machined. Up to 180 tools can be fitted, together with other options to permit machining of complex components.
