The HELIOS line of vertical milling centers with fix bridge (DBC 2000 and 2500 mm) and moving table is aimed to provide intelligent and economically actractive solutions for the machining of parts up to 4000 mm long. The structure, very rigid, and the over-dimensioned guide system (in particolar the work table slideways) guarantee high metal removal rate and precision. The availability of the double index milling head model 2i allows for the machining of 5 faces of a workpiece in a single set-up, offering considerable advantages in productivity and part quality.
